General Shipping Rules
Please be advised that all orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Your estimated delivery timeline will commence immediately after you receive our shipping confirmation email.
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, no modifications will be accepted. We cannot revise the delivery address, shipping method, or any order details including product selections, quantities, sizes and colors. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase.
Shipping Carriers & Transit Time
The majority of our orders will be delivered via FedEx, USPS, EMS or DHL. Standard processing and shipping take 3 to 5 business days in normal circumstances.
Please kindly understand that occasional delivery delays may happen due to inventory shortages or unexpected special situations.
Import Taxes & Duties
For shipments delivered to certain countries and regions, local customs may levy import taxes, duties and related clearance fees upon arrival.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including order returns. To help you reduce extra costs, we will consolidate multiple orders into fewer shipments whenever possible.
Backorder Information
We do not guarantee perpetual stock for all products. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock and restock cannot be arranged promptly, we will send you a notification with detailed backorder arrangements. Where applicable, we will also recommend alternative products for your reference.

Please note that it may take up to two business days for tracking data to be fully updated on the carrier’s official website. If no tracking information is displayed at first, kindly check again on the next working day.

Refund Reminder
Refund service is only applicable to items sold at regular prices. All promotional and sale items are non-refundable.
