You may return your order within 14 calendar days upon receipt. Return shipping fees vary by delivery location. For eligible returns, we will issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery cost.
 
All items must be returned in original brand-new condition, complete with products, tags, accessories, free gifts and original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Returns without the original outer box will be rejected, and damaged returned goods will be sent back to customers.
 
If your return request is denied, you shall cover the cost of the return label.
 
Note: Only one return label is available per order. If your order is delivered in multiple packages, please wait until all parcels arrive before submitting a return.
 
We reserve the right to decline refunds if items are returned without original tags, gifts or full packaging. This policy is to guarantee product quality and authenticity. By placing an order, you agree to abide by this return policy. Thank you for your understanding and support.
 
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Free return labels will be provided exclusively for issues caused by us, including defective items, incorrect delivery and product description discrepancies.
 
All returned items will be inspected on arrival. Returns will not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:
 
  • Return requests submitted after the 14-day return window
  • Items with signs of wear, washing or usage
  • Non-returnable goods: sealed products, bulk items and boxed merchandise (no exceptions)
  • Goods damaged after delivery
  • Items altered or modified by customers
  • Products with holes
  • Items stained by dirt, cosmetics, food or other substances
  • Returns missing original tags, manufacturer labels or accompanying parts
  • Only full-priced items qualify for refunds. All sale items are non-refundable.
 

 

What happens if you send back items beyond the 14-day return period?

 
We cannot accept late returns, and no return label or refund will be issued.

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, you will get an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you choose to get a refund via the original payment method using our return label, a $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived if the return is due to our errors. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note that your selected refund method is final and cannot be changed afterwards.

We are not responsible for receiving, storing or returning items mistakenly sent to us (goods not purchased on our site).
 
If we receive such incorrect returns, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing and reshipping fee to send the items back to you.
 
We will try our best to contact you and keep the items for a maximum of 30 days. If we fail to reach you or do not receive the required reshipping fee within the period, we will dispose of the items or donate them to charity.
